If you are interested in joining a HighPointe program, the first step is to participate in a 15-minute phone call with a member of our Client Services team to review your situation and learn more about our programs. CONTACT US.
If you want to proceed with learning more about our program, we will send you a detailed application to complete and then return to our Client Services team. The application covers a wide range of information including support protocols, medical needs, programing interests, abilities and other pertinent information.
Once we receive your application our Client Services team will review the information and then schedule a follow-up call with you to ensure our program is a good fit and answer questions you many have regarding what personal growth looks like at HighPointe.
A campus visit is a great way to see and experience first-hand what we’re all about at HighPointe. We’re confident you’ll love our comfortable surroundings and feel the spirit of respect and compassion that fills the air at each of our campuses.
Individual visits are scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Visits include a tour of the campus of your choice and an opportunity to meet with clients and staff there.
After you’ve toured one of our attractive and well-maintained HighPointe campuses and are feeling comfortable with our programming and services, we invite you to schedule a FREE day at HighPointe to ensure we are the best fit for you.
Once you notify us of your desire to move forward with a trial day, a member of the Client Services team will contact you to schedule your free day. At the end of the day, you’ll have an opportunity to meet with our staff and support team so we can answer any additional questions you may have.
After the trial day is completed, our Client Services team meets with the program staff to review how the day went, review the applicant list with our applicant review team and then you will receive a call from a Client Services team member to discuss next steps.
If the program application is approved, we will schedule a detailed intake meeting to review state required documents and develop a detailed personal growth plan that will be the basis for our programming support.
